Hi, My name is Max. I am a victim of this unfortunate economy...I was someone's loyal and loving companion for all of my life and then they dropped me off at the pound. Discarded like trash, to die. For no good reason at all. Fortunately, the lovely volunteers at the shelter took good care of me and networked me to rescue groups. I was at the shelter for THREE long months...not too much fun for an older guy like me! I was on my last days before being euthanized, when H.E.L.P., stepped up to rescue me. I am now safe and comfortable in a foster home where I am absolutely NO trouble at all. I just like to hang out with you...I am good with dogs of all sizes and cats. I just a mellow older man who is looking for someone to give me a loving home for my golden years...won't it be you?? I don't take much space at all!! :)
